As a member of the JR East Group, we deal with the rolling stock and depot facilities of JR East and other railway companies, such as the Shinkansen, conventional lines, and new urban transportation system, and offer integrated life-cycle management services from planning and design to manufacturing, maintenance, and renovations in order to keep customers satisfied.
The safety, convenience, and high speed of railways as social infrastructure are increasingly being recognized all over the world. The high safety and quality of railways need to be maintained at all times through maintenance. Each of our employees works
hard to achieve the necessary technologies, and we are dedicated to training and motivating them, such as by providing solid basic technical training.
Additionally, we strive to enhance safety and quality, and increase customer satisfaction through the introduction of new technologies, the development of new products, and renovation. Utilizing these technologies, we also provide technical cooperation and design, consulting, and support for maintenance services in other countries. We aim to be the world leader in these industries.
Through these activities, we strive to contribute to society, particularly by realizing a safe and comfortable society.
